ONLINE RETURN POLICY
Please read through our terms and conditions to verify if you are eligible to apply for a return of purchase, before applying. Once the item/s has been received by a customer, they have seven days (7 days) to apply/contact the Wimberley & Co Bookstore for a return adhering to the conditions below:
2. What Personal Information Do We Collect?
- Please send a picture of the item/s and the invoice/receipt to this email address info@wimberleybooks.com.au noting the reasons for wanting to return the item/s.
oWhen the Wimberley & Co Bookstore accepts your return, you will receive instruction details of how to return the item/s. - Faulty items, mis bound items, or incorrect items that have been sent because of a Wimberley & Co Bookstore’s error, can be returned for an exchange of same item or a full refund.
- Any purchases made from the Wimberley & Co Bookstore Online Store cannot be returned to any of our shops.
- It is imperative that no return is sent at a customer’s own discretion. Your request and approval require authorisation before sending. Please send your request to info@wimberleybooks.com.au.
- Please note that only returns that have been authorised by the Wimberley & Co Bookstore can and will be accepted.
- All original shipping costs and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer (excluding faulty items, mis bound items, or incorrect items that have been sent because of a Wimberley & Co Bookstore’s error).
- We do not hold responsibility for products lost in transit.
- There is a seven (7) day policy of returns for change of mind and faulty items. - We do not accept any return requests on sale items. All sales are final, no exceptions.
IN-STORE RETURN POLICY
When purchasing from the Wimberley & Co Bookstore, you automatically accept our return policy below. The Wimberley & Co Bookstore has the right to refuse any return of products outside of our Returns Policy.

Customers must contact the Wimberley & Co Bookstore within 7 days of receipt of product and once authorised, must return the product to the Wimberley & Co Bookstore within 28 days of receipt of product. Change of mind returns or exchanges on items can be made, if the item is in the same saleable condition as it was sold and with your receipt as proof of purchase.
The Wimberley & Co Bookstore will offer either a replacement or a full refund for any item that is faulty, mis bound or where the Wimberley & Co Bookstore has made an error.
Please note that these returns and exchanges can only occur at the shop from where the items were originally purchased. Returns & exchanges cannot occur from the Wimberley & Co Bookstore Online Store. The Wimberley & Co Bookstore operates their shops and online store as separate entities and therefore they have policies that at no time allow for returns or exchanges to be crossed between shops.
